Volunteer at EUC 2027
Volunteer registration is now open!
Join the volunteer team at the European Ultimate Championships (EUC) in Vichy, France, from 3–10 July 2027.
Help create a welcoming and unforgettable event for players, teams and supporters, meet new people and experience international Ultimate from behind the scenes. Whether you already know the sport or are completely new to it, we would love to have you on board!
What’s in it for you?
As an EUC 2027 volunteer, you will receive:
Accommodation, food and snacks
A volunteer pack, including a t-shirt
Free access to all tournament parties, social events, venues and games
The opportunity to meet people from across the Ultimate community and make lasting memories
You will also have access to a dedicated Volunteer Hub, with space to relax, drinks and snacks, WiFi and storage for personal belongings.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic volunteers with a positive attitude, an inclusive mindset and a willingness to help for 5–8 hours per day, sometimes longer depending on team size and event needs.
No previous experience is required — just a willingness to learn, support others and get involved!
How can you help?
Roles include scorekeeping, field and water support, team services, food and beverage support, media, setup and general event logistics. Medical support roles are also available for volunteers with relevant qualifications.
A dedicated volunteer team will provide training and coordinate daily operations.
