Accommodation at EUC 2027

Together with the City of Vichy and local accommodation partners, the Organising Committee has secured accommodation specifically for EUC 2027 participants.

Choose from five accommodation packages, ranging from self-catering apartments to premium hotels. Most options are located in central Vichy or close to the fields, with competition venues reachable within approximately 10–15 minutes by bike, car or bus.

Our aim is to keep teams and national delegations close together wherever possible, creating a welcoming EUC village atmosphere throughout the championships.

Why book through the Organising Committee?

• Reserved accommodation: beds secured specifically for EUC participants during a busy event period in Vichy.

• Team-friendly arrangements: accommodation selected to suit players and staff, with the aim of keeping teams and national delegations together.

• Secured rates: accommodation rates negotiated in advance for the championships, which will not exceed providers’ current public rates.

Accommodation capacity in Vichy is limited, and several events will take place in and around the city during EUC. We strongly encourage teams to book early through the official accommodation programme.

Range 1 — Cow-Boy

A simple, practical hotel option close to the fields. These 2-star hotels are fully reserved for EUC participants, with your entire team staying in the same hotel.

Range 2 — Tribal Nights

A self-catering option for teams who value independence and shared living. Apartments and large houses are located in central Vichy and reserved almost exclusively for EUC participants.

• Teams accommodated across 2–3 nearby buildings, approximately 100–300 metres apart

• Kitchen facilities for preparing your own meals

• Depending on the unit: kitchenette, refrigerator, washing machine and a small living area

• Breakfast arranged by the team

• Private parking depends on the building; public parking is available nearby

Range 3 — Belle Époque

Comfortable hotel accommodation in central Vichy. These larger 2–3-star hotels are mostly reserved for EUC participants and can accommodate multiple teams from the same nation.

Additional comfort and space to recover between matches. These centrally located 3-star hotels are mostly reserved for EUC participants, with your entire team staying in the same hotel.

Rooms have also been pre-reserved at a prestigious Vichy hotel for €230 per single room, per night. Please contact the Organising Committee for details and availability.

Meals and parking

Evening meals

A dinner option has been arranged for every accommodation package. Depending on your accommodation, meals will be served either on-site or at partner restaurants reserved for guests. Dinner is an additional service and is separate from the accommodation prices listed above.

Parking

Private parking availability varies by accommodation. Public parking is available throughout Vichy, including free overnight parking and paid daytime parking.

All participants will have access to a free, high-capacity parking area at the competition venue.

How to book

Step 1 — Submit your accommodation preference

Team managers will receive an accommodation request form by the end of October 2026. At this stage, simply select your preferred package and provide general information about your delegation.

You do not yet need to submit your final roster, room allocation or detailed requests.

Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability within each package. Once your request is confirmed, a 10% deposit of your team’s total accommodation cost will secure your reservation.

Step 2 — Finalise your rooming arrangements

At the beginning of January 2027, we will contact you to confirm:

• The final number of players and staff

• Your preferred room types and occupancy

• Requests to group teams from the same nation together

• Accessibility needs and other special requests

We will work with you to find the most suitable arrangement within the options available at your accommodation.

The remaining 90% balance is due once the rooming arrangements have been finalised.

Cancellations and refunds

Confirmed bookings and committed payments are generally non-refundable, as reservations involve financial commitments to accommodation providers.

If you need to cancel all or part of your booking, please contact the Organising Committee as soon as possible. We will work with you to explore possible solutions.

If the released rooms can be reassigned and the cancellation results in no cost to the organisation, no cancellation fees will be retained by the Organising Committee. Refunds therefore depend on whether the committed costs can be recovered.
