For the European Ultimate Championships 2027, we have worked closely with the City of Vichy and our local accommodation partners to make this process as simple as possible.

We have designed accommodation packages specifically for sports delegations, with the ambition of creating a true championship village atmosphere where teams can enjoy a comfortable, convenient and friendly environment throughout the event.

Why book through the Organising Committee?

By booking through the official accommodation programme, you benefit from:

  • Accommodation reserved specifically for participating teams.

  • Team or national delegation accommodation, allowing your players and staff to stay together.

  • Accommodation located close to the competition venue, official catering area and parks.

  • Priority access to accommodation during one of Vichy's busiest event periods.

  • Negotiated rates that are generally more attractive than booking individually.

  • A single point of contact before your arrival and throughout your stay.

Our partnership with the City of Vichy allows us to secure the most suitable accommodation for international sports teams while guaranteeing availability for the event.

Accommodation Options

1/ Hotels

Private hotels reserved for championship participants.

Included:

  • Private rooms for 1 to 4 people

  • Breakfast included

  • Single or double bed for each guest

Rates (per person / per night) depending on Hotel choice:

  • €75

  • €85

  • €100

For teams looking for premium accommodation, higher-category hotels are also available.

Premium hotels: €140–220 per person/night (please contact the Organising Committee).

2/ Serviced Residences

An ideal option for teams wishing to enjoy greater independence.

Apartments include:

  • 1 to 3 bedrooms

  • Fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals if desired

Rate:

  • €45 per person / night

Whichever accommodation option you choose, we aim to provide everything your delegation needs for a comfortable stay.

All accommodation offers provide easy access to :

  • Single or double bed for every participant

  • Meeting room available either on-site or at the competition venue

  • Laundry facilities available on-site or at the competition venue

  • Parking available on-site or at the competition venue

  • Approximately 10 minutes by bike from the competition venue

  • Approximately 10 minutes by bike from the official catering area

  • Close to Vichy railway station

Flexible Stay

Choose the stay that best fits your competition schedule.

  • Competition stay: July 3-10, 2027

  • Early arrival: from June 30, 2027

  • Late departure: until July 11, 2027

Additional nights are available subject to availability.

FAQs

Will my whole team be able to stay in the same place?

Yes, all our accommodation has been chosen with this in mind. 

Only with the apartment option might it sometimes be the case that not all athletes from the same team are in the same building. They are always very close by (less than a 5-minute walk). 

All the hotels can accommodate an entire team, an entire nation… or even several nations.

How many people per accommodation unit?

This varies depending on the options.
Rooms/flats range from 1 to 4 beds.
Our policy is to provide 1 bed per person (single or double).
The beds are always proper beds.
